Happy First Birthday My Boyyyy

So Friday the 24th of May Joshua turned one. Where did that year go? Who fast forwarded it? I still can't quite believe its been a whole year since hes been in my life. The best year of my life by a mile, he has changed me so much already and I wouldn't change him for the world. He has changed so much from the little baby that was handed over to me a
year ago, he has his own personality now, a little character and I am so proud of him.

Its been hard at times, I've been super tired but nothing compares to that love you have. The day before me and my 2 best friends took him out for an indoor picnic as the weather wasn't the best, we had lots of food, cake and sang him happy birthday with a home made cake made by my friend :) On the day I let him open (well start at) his presents, which he was way more fascinated by the paper, we had a little play with his new toys then took him out on his trike which he seemed to enjoy. Later on in the day we decided to take him to a farm close by, and have since worked out he is not to keen on animals that make noise. Especially sheep, he really didn't like the sheep! As soon as they started baaa'in he was an emotional wreck. 

I loved celebrating his first birthday with him, and I really do think he enjoyed his little trip to the farm, and testing out his new trike. Watching him grow into a little person this past year has been amazing and I can't wait to watch him grow even more. I left his birthday card to the last minute though (oops) and ended up paying a hefty £12.74 for next day delivery on moonpig as I couldn't find one I liked anywhere! Definately the most expensive birthday card I have bought, he is worth every penny.
